Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Patchset 4 was successfully deployed. However after running the build.sh in _build file, pre-login page access is denied.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After build.sh application should work without any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Successfully deploy patchset 4.
2. run build.sh
3. Go to pre-login Page.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use OBDX application
