Error Message:

. OUTBOUND_CALL_Q = N (So Database flow is being used and not MDB EJB queue flow). job requests to create report PDF fail, due to soapAction  soap:Server
The given SOAPAction SOAPActiondoes not match an operation. after commenting out below line in jsvprc_en_000_01.pkb, it works UTL_HTTP.SET_HEADER(LV_REQ, 'SOAPAction', 'SOAPAction');
