Symptoms
When attempting to create Letter of Credit, on Charges Tab,
following error occurs.

Timed Out exception
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter of Credit-->Import letter of Credit-->Create letter of Credit
3. Fill the required details and navigate to Charges tab
