Symptoms
When attempting to View Loan Activity from Recent Activity Widget
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Retail user
2. Go to Dashboard – recent activity
3. Select Loan Account
4. Select any account and error is observed
