On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

Customer role unable to retrieve payment transaction

" System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into obdx by retail/corp user
2. Go to payment status inquiry
3. system will throw error " System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Payment status inquiry
