Account Statements Download Fail with error - "System cannot process the request, please try again later."
While attempting to download the displayed statement. The download process throws an error and the statement is not downloaded in the selected format.
System cannot process the request, please try again later.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx
2. Navigate to view statement.
3. Download statement in PDF.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download statements.
