ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Scoring Model Range Definition Setup Screen not allowing to enter negative value and decimal value

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow the Scoring Model Range Definition Setup Screen range value to be entered with Decimal point and Negative value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Open Application page . Goto Setup - Product - Scoring Model. Click Range Definition ADD button.
2)Try to enter the value with decimal point for Value From and Percent/Value Attribute. It is converting to Integer format. Decimal Value got removed. But it should allow the Decimal Value.
3) Try to enter the negative value for Value From Attribute. It throws error that The number out side the valid range. The range start from '0'. But it should allow the Negative value.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter Scoring Model Range Definition Setup Screen range value with Decimal point and Negative value.
