ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to create sweep instruction with Target Model - Constant

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to save the structure.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Sweep Instruction screen
2. After providing all field value try to save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the Sweep instruction with Target model
