ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System displays error message on the Instruction id field and allows to edit and save with free text in the field

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

System should not display error message for the LOV selected in sweep instruction and should not allow to enter any free text in the LOV field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBLM, query any sweep structure in Account structure screen and click Edit.
2. Check if Sweep instruction id any error is displayed.
3. Check if system allows to enter free text value in sweep instruction and save the record.
