ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is allowing to enter end date as back date beyond the application date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to enter back date as end date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login to OBLM
Step 2: Structure created when system was on 24th Jul
Step 3: Modify the structure and enter end date as 24th Jul or any date before 28th Jul

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the end date back dated and which should not be allowed.
