ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CL -FACR not fired during Prepayment
User prepaid full amount. CL loan liquidated but FACR accounting not fired as V12 for the full period until maturity date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the loan account is prepaid, Pending FACR should be fired.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer have created a loan account and collected Fee during
Disbursement.
2. System has fired the FACR till today and update the accrued_amount in
schedules table
3. Before Maturity Date we have done a pre-closure of loan. System has
liquidated the loan but not firing the remaining FACR entries and not updated
the accrued_amount in schedules table.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, FACR is not fired when loan is pre-closed.
