System displays the message as Some error occurred. Please try again after sometime.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should display the popup message if user input UDE value greater than 16 Char
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a IC Rule maintenance.
2. Enter the UDE value greater than 16 character.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the rule.
