Symptoms
When attempting to perform 'Loan and Finance Repayment' transaction,
the following error occurs on the Review screen.
ERROR

'An unexpected problem occurred while evaluating approval flows.'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Accounts > Loans and Finances > Loan and Finance Repayment
3. Input data and click on 'Repay' button
4. Observe the mentioned error on review screen
