PM: CREDIT_ADVICE Messages For Incoming Transactions Are Not Getting Handed Off (Doc ID 2904113.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CREDIT_ADVICE messages for incoming transactions are not getting handed off

For incoming swift messages, after successful processing and liquidation of transactions the CREDIT_ADVICE message type is not getting handed off (column value = G) and PDE flag is N/A (column value B)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CREDIT_ADVICE message should be handed off

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place an incoming 103 message in EMS folder.
2. Schedule the job EMS_IN from SMSJOBBR
3. After job fired, check the transaction in PXDIVIEW. Under all messages tab, view message status and PDE_Flag of message type CREDIT_ADVICE

Due to this issue, CREDIT_ADVICE message is not getting handed off.
