ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBCL : SYSTEM PICKING CLOSED RECORDS OF 'OLDINTLM' IN 'OLDTRONL' SCREEN

Patchset : 14.6.0.0.0 | Maintenance Line

While creating a transaction in OLDTRONL Screen, the system picking closed records instead of what we maintained in the 'OLDINTLM' screens for 'ALL Branch'.
As per our analysis, In 'LFPKS_LFCINTCH_UTILS' procedure is not validating the RECORD_STAT against the Master table(LFTM_PROD_COMP_MASTER), it just referring 'LFTMS_PRODUCT_CURRENCY_LIMITS' table and took the data of 001 branch even its closed.

Whereas, I maintained Maximum Spread as ‘5’ for "ALL" branch code and I made the spread as ‘3’ in ICCF Details tab. So, ideally it should allow the transaction but it is throwing exception.
Because its referring closed ‘001’ branch where we maintain min spread as 0 and max spread as 2.

This is impacting wrong Rate validations and Spread Min/Max Validations.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should not have incorrect behavior.

BUSINESS IMPACT
