ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LCDTRONL: unable to close the LC before maturity date where there is no availments under LC.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to close LC any time when there is no availments under the LC.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a LC under import LC.
2) Try to close the LC
3) System giving error
1) LC cannot be closed before expiry as outstanding amount is there.
2) Draft details are getting populated and giving error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to close the LC.
