Internal Query - On-Shore/Off-Shore funds in GTA Schema

Currently in GTA and Non GTA schema below logic is applied to classified funds as On-Shore/Off-Shore :
1. If Installed entity country and Fund country are same, then fund will be classified as On-Shore fund.
2· If Installed entity country and Fund country are not same, then fund will be classified as Off-Shore fund.

Since in GTA schema multiple jurisdictions exists in the same schema, only one jurisdiction funds will be On-shore and remaining jurisdiction funds will become Off-shore funds. Is there any other way to derive On-Shore and Off-Shore funds for GTA Schema.
