PADOTRCL - More Unauthorized Recalls For The Same Original Reference (Doc ID 2904972.1)

Goal

A user is booking two unauthorized recalls for the same reference from PADOTRCL screen.
Then another user is authoring the first one. When the user is trying to authorize the second one, he gets No data found for Txn Driver error PA-TXP-003.

Expectation is to get an error, which will display the exact reason why this recall cannot be authorized. Example: Recall already exists for the original transaction.
