CRR: External Involved Party Not Appearing In The 'Involved Account Details' Tab (Doc ID 2905108.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 27, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Regulatory Reporting - Version 8.1.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Problem Description: While promoting a case from ECM to CRR, if a wire transaction involves two parties (for both bi-party and multi-party transactions), it appears in the 'Transaction Information' tab in CRR. However, if the involved party is an external account, it doesn't appear in the 'Involved Account Details' Tab 3.

When the user creates a report manually from CRR, an external account appears in both the tab('Transaction Information' and 'Involved Account Details' )

We are only facing this issue for external parties in reports which are promoted from the ECM side.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an AML case in ECM.
2. Add a wire transaction and update ORIG_ACCT_ID and BENEF_ACCT_ID in kdd_Case_wire_transaction
3. Add BENEF_ACCT_ID/ORIG_ACCT_ID account in Account tab (kdd_case_accounts)
4. Generate GOAML from the ECM case.
5. log in to CRR and verify the 'Transaction Information' and 'Involved Account Details' tabs
Actual: the account which is added in the account tab is considered an internal account in CRR and the other one is considered as an external account in the 'Transaction Information tab. In the 'Involved Account Details' tab, only the internal account is showing.

Expectation: to show external account in the 'Involved Account Details' tab
