Symptoms

KYC 8.1.2-KDD_CASE_PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP table is not populated after manually promoting the case

After a customer is being promoted to a case in KYC, the data movement for PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP is not populating the KDD_CASE_PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP table

Changes

 Steps to reproduce the problem:

 1. In KYC, promote a customer with data in the PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP table.
2. Query the KDD_CASE_PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP table to verify if there is the sane data for the customer in the PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP table .

 

Expectation: Data should populate in KDD_CASE_PARTY_PARTY_RLSHP table after manually promoting the case.
