Symptoms
When attempting to click on 'PREVIEW DRAFT COPY' button on Attachments tab during Initiate Letter of Credit(LC) transaction,
following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter of credit-->Import Letter of credit, create LC
3. On the Attachments tab, click 'PREVIEW DRAFT COPY' button
