For MT210 Message Maker Id Is SYSTEM In Outgoing Browser (Doc ID 2905814.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For MT210 message Maker Id is SYSTEM in Outgoing browser

Previously for MT900 and MT910 having Maker ID as SYSTEM, instead of Transaction Maker Checker. The same is behavior is observed in Inbound Cross border message MT210 as well.
In OBPM Inbound cross border screen the message M210 gets generated post authorization. In the Message outgoing browser screen the column Maker Id is set as 'SYSTEM' and the Maker Date stamp is null.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is the Maker Id of Transaction should be reflected in the messages Maker Id as well. Similarly the Maker date stamp should show the date and time stamp but currently it is null.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In OBPM's Inbound cross border screen the message M210 gets generated post authorization. In the Message outgoing browser screen the column Maker Id is set as 'SYSTEM' and the Maker Date stamp is null.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Makerid wrongly showed as system and makerdate as null.
