Symptoms
Age should be populated with 0 for Manually promoted KYC cases. When a case gets manually promoted, the age is coming as blank in the ECM UI not 0 unlike Manually created cases. If the manually promoted cases are closed on the same day, The CASE_AGE_CALC batch will not Calculate the Age for those cases.
