KYC 8.1.2-MPTC Data Movement For CUST_ACCT Into Corresponding FCC & KDD_CASE Missing Data (Doc ID 2906640.1)

Symptoms

Promote a customer to a KYC case in the KYC module.
NOTE: Make sure the customer to be promoted has been recorded in the CUST_ACCT table.


After the case is created, query the KDD_CASE_CUST_ACCT table for the case in question to verify whether a record is populated or not. The records should match what is present in the CUST_ACCT table for the customer.

EXPECTED behavior: after the customer has been promoted to the KYC case, all the relevant CUST_ACCT records for this customer is copied into the KDD_CASE_CUST_ACCT table.
