ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Amount Block / Blocked amount can be used (transfer– withdrawal- DD issue)

Do Amount Block in FCUBS.
Perform Cash withdrawal/DD Issue transaction on the blocked amount.

System is allowing to utilize the blocked amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not allow to utilize the blocked amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Block amount in FCUBS.
2. Perform Cash withdrawal on blocked amount.
3. Amount is utilized though there is block.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is allowing to utilize the blocked amount.
