SLA Count Down From 1 Minute To Negative (Doc ID 2907089.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


We have transactions with Hold status with a regulated SLA (2 minute in our case).

We have an issue as follow:

1. Upload a transaction into Realtime Transaction
2. After 2 minute, SLA starts to count down from 1 minute to -2 minute (negative 2 minute)

Expected: SLA stop after regulated time
