ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Interim tracker confirmation for passthrough payments is not correct

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Interim tracker confirmation for passthrough payments should be correct

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Initiate a passthrough payment
Verify transaction is in exception queue
Execute MT199 job
Verify ASCP response is generated as expected

Below are the failures

ChargeBearer is only allowed (optional) for a payment transferred outside of SWIFT (Status ACSP, StatusReason G001)
If TransactionStatus/StatusReason is G002, G003 or G004, then TransactionStatus/Date is not allowed.
