ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reject universal confirmation is not generating as per standards.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Inject an incoming Pacs.008 transaction
2.Verify transaction is in exception queue
3.Cancel the transaction from exception queue
4.Trck.001 generated with ACCC status code instead of RJCT & there multiple errors
