ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CSDPLMNT are not working as expected
Though screen is currency specific, once maintained for one currency, all other currency gets impacted.
Example: If rule is maintained for JPY, then all other currencies are getting validated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Validation should be done for the currency maintained
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the JPY currency limit in CSDPLMNT
2. Book a EUR contract and validate the authorization

The issue has the following business impact:
Users are getting validation for currency where there is no restriction made
