MX Manual Incoming payments - Getting error during authorization step

Bank is facing an error with T2MX payments- manual input from screen PSDIT2CT.
- input data from screen PSDIT2CT from new or copy option, and transaction is saved successfully.
- Second user goes to authorize the transaction but getting error regarding some fields that are not fulfilled during first step which are mandatory and system not allowing to authorize the saved transaction.
The validation of fields should be done in first step.
