MX Manual Incoming payments - Getting error PA-EXR-01 during when press SAVE
Facing an error with T2MX payments- manual input from screen PSDIT2CT.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- We input data from screen PSDIT2CT from new or copy option, and when we press SAVE we are getting error PA-EXR-01 - Error occurred during Exchange rate pickup.
Transaction fail to be saved.
We investigated and the reason is that the field "Credit Account Currency" not fulfilled.
- This field should be fulfilled automatically when you input "credit account".
- Error not showing exactly what is going wrong and user doesn't understand why transaction fail to be saved.
