Rules Management : Transaction list is not getting refreshed Based on Rule Type Selection

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Rules Management
2. Select Corporate User & Search Party
3. Click on Create Rule
4. Change the Rule Type
5. Transaction List does not refresh . upon every click on Rule Type , Transactions are appended rather then Full refresh
