System is giving validation Record successfully Modified

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be Record saved as Draft.
There is no distinguish while clicking on "next" and "Save and close " close button. Both are giving same messages as " Record successfully Modified". Please provide some different message

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBLM
2. Edit the account structure
3. Click on Save and close button
