Amounts For Financing Outstanding Balance Do Not Match Between Pages ? (Doc ID 2908199.1)

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

Amounts for Financing outstanding balance do not match between pages.

The amounts shown for financing outstanding balance between the 'Financing Details' page and the 'Schedule Inquiry' page do not match.

After further investigation, we found that the amounts reflected on 'Schedule Inquiry' match the data from the FCUBS table CLTB_ACCOUNT_SCHEDULES.

However, we could not determine where the 'Net Outstanding Balance' on the 'Financing Details page is calculated from.

Kindly clarify.
