ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System displays error message "Please send Proper modNo" on clicking delete button after modification.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to delete the modification or created record in Account structure.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBLM, query any structure in Account structure screen and Edit details.
2. After submitting the modification, click on delete and check if modification can be deleted from the same screen

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete the modification.
