STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBMA application
2. Navigate to Account structure screen
3. Enter the CID and select the mandatory fields
4. Select the structure type as Pool
5. Try to select the percentage distribution option from the Reallocation method dropdown list

Due to this issue, users cannot select the percentage based distribution list.
