Symptoms

When attempting to open 'Card Payment' screen,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

'No Account(s) available'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Retail user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Credit Cards > Card Payment
3. Select 'Credit Card' and observe the error
