ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System should give pop up that accounts are already participating in another structure, and not allow to save a new structure with the same accounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System gives pop up to the user, but allows to save the new structure also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a structure for accounts.
2. Save and authorize it.
3. Create a new structure with the same set of accounts.
4. Save and authorize it.

Due to this issue, users can create structure multiple structures with same accounts.
