Goal

1)The OOTB GL Code for Reconciliation Hierarchy has statement as given below:

CASE WHEN DIM_GL_ACCOUNT.F_LATEST_RECORD_INDICATOR = 'Y' AND DIM_GL_ACCOUNT.F_DIFF_AUTO_APPROVE_FLAG = 'Y' THEN DIM_GL_ACCOUNT.V_GL_ACCOUNT_CODE END

The DIM_GL_ACCOUNT.F_DIFF_AUTO_APPROVE_FLAG = 'Y' condition restricts the GL codes which appear in the hierarchy while configuring the GL Recon rules.
 

2)GL Recon supports both auto-approval and manual approval, hence all the GL Codes must be shown in the hierarchy irrespective of the auto-approval flag.
