'Save as Draft' for Initiate Shipping Guarantee Transaction Shows Multiple Errors

Symptoms
When attempting to Save Initiate shipping guarantee as Draft,
following errors occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
1. Bill of Landing is a Mandatory Field
2. Cargo Arrival Details is a Mandatory Field
3. Shipping Guarantee Details is a Mandatory Field
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Trade Finance > Shipping guarantee > Initiate shipping guarantee
3. Fill the data on Shipping Guarantee details page, click Save as Draft, name the draft, Click Save
