Payee Address with More than 35 Characters Gives Error on Transfer Money Screen (Doc ID 2909076.1)

Symptoms

While trying to initiate an International Payment with existing payee maintained with Beneficiary Address Line 1 and Beneficiary Address Line 2 having more than 35 characters, below error is displayed on screen.

ERROR

Invalid Line 2.
Invalid Line 3.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After login use the toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Payments and Transfers > Transfer Money.
2. With Existing Payee selected use the dropdown to select payee with Address Line 1 and/or Address Line 2 exceeding 35 characters.
3. When initiating payment errors can be seen on the screen.
