Need More Clarification On CIB PU Patch (Doc ID 2909129.1)

Goal

While applying patches it was noticed that in Readme_OFSBD_8.0.2.0.381.txt and Readme_OFSBD_8.0.2.0.324.txt it was written that we can get new scenario xml with the patches, but could not see any xml that is provided with patch. Can you provide necessary details.
