Accrual not posted in accounting entries for CD contracts
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As part of LDAUTDLY batch in EOD, ACCR entries should have posted for CD contract.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EOD
2. Verify if LDAUTDLY batch is executed successfully
3. Verify if accounting entries are posted for ACCR event for CD contract
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there are no accounting entries posted for CD contracts.
