OBTF ,Issue with Goods Code description while doing LC transfer LCDTRANF

Maintenance Line .

Please make a note that we are facing below 2 issues while doing LC transfer from LCDTRANF :

1. Goods description is non editable .This allowed at LCDTRONL level same should be allowed while doing transfer as well
2. When we delete or delete ,select again same code,it is still picking description of parent LC .

While analyzing code, we noticed that parent LC is being passed, instead of transferred LC to get goods code and description and hence causing issue .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are facing issue with Goods Code description while doing LC transfer LCDTRANF

Changes

 Contract reference number passed to lcpks_goods_tags.fn_msg_45a was parent LC number and not transfer LC number. Corrected the same to pass transfer LC reference number.
