How to Resolve Response is Empty ST-COM036 Error During Outward Clearing Cheque Reversal ?

In PGDOURTN, instead of instrument number account description gets populated under Instrument Number Field

The logs show the following error :

Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "FCUBSPROD"."PGTB_OUT_CLG_RTN"."INSTRUMENT_NO" (actual: 37, maximum: 35)
