ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue while performing cancel action from Settlement Review Queue
Delete button on transaction disappears the moment user click on any other place in screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Delete button should not be disappeared.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a outbound CBPR transaction so that it lands in Settlement Review Queue.
2) Navigate to Settlement Review Queue screen (PQSSSIQU).
3) select the transaction and perform approve action.
4) transaction gets approved and it will be in un authorized status.
5) now select the record and click on Delete.
6) transaction screen (PSDOCBCT) launches and we can see Delete button on screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Delete Button.
