SEPA Routing BICs getting closed
In OBPM PS version 14.5.0.5.0 we are facing an issue after Uploading the SEPA Routing Delta file.
User uploaded a a SEPA Routing file that includes operational BICs that should be added to the existed list.
After upload, all BICs that are not present in the file are being closed in the application.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System is not expected to close the existing BICS during BIC delta file upload.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a SEPA routing BIC delta file upload.
