ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In collateral screen - GCDCOLLP, user unable to amend Remarks field in Insurance Maintenance tab in GCDCOLLP screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In collateral screen - GCDCOLLP, user should be able to amend Remarks field in Insurance Maintenance tab in GCDCOLLP screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to screen GCDCOLLP
2. Query existing Collateral
3. Visit 'Insurance maintenance' tab and check 'Remarks' is amendable.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend remarks and need to new collateral when such change are required.

Changes

Application changes released to allow amend in Insurance Maintenance tab in GCDCOLLP screen.
