ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

COLLATERAL_DESCRIPTION and PROPERTY_ADDRESS fields from webservice is not accepting the comma(,) and not able to create collateral property from webservice.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to create collateral property from webservice.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save the record in collateral property from webservice.
