On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
unable to create Cd payment when a payment is made already having value date greater than the current value date (Though the old payment is reversed). Its showing a error message Payment value cannot be earlier than 21-apr-2021.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try creating a CD payment when a payment is made already having value date greater than the current value date.
